From its base in the picturesque Cumbrian market town of Sedbergh, ICE has established a reputation second to none in the independent schools sector. ICE is led by Neil Rollings who was a Director of Sport in four schools over a 21 year career, as well as an ISI Inspector. The company has a small group of dedicated and highly experienced and knowledgable staff, including Helen Oliver, Events Director and Dan Scargill, Recruitment Director.
